Two Passaic County Technical-Vocational Schools students were recently recognized as PCTVS Unsung Heroes for the meaningful impact they have made within their schools and communities.
Ariadna Miranda, a student in the PCTI STEM Academy of Biomedical and Life Sciences, and Owen Alway, a student in the PCTI Academy of Applied Engineering, were honored for their remarkable contributions and for representing the values that define the PCTVS community. Their recognition reflects the quiet leadership, resilience, and commitment they show both in and out of the classroom.
The selection process considered students who have demonstrated exemplary citizenship, inspired others through quiet strength, organized charitable initiatives, achieved academic success despite obstacles, or contributed to their communities in meaningful ways. Ariadna and Owen stood out for embodying these qualities and serving as positive examples of character, service, and perseverance.
Congratulations Ariadna and Owen!
