Required Annual Registration Documents

All students must register annually with PCTVS and their sending (home) school district in Passaic County to verify continued eligibility.

PCTVS PowerSchool Annual Registration

  • Families must log into PowerSchool using their Parent account and complete all forms listed under “Annual Registration.”

  • These forms cannot be completed through a student account. If you sign in using your child’s ID number, you will not have access to the registration forms.

PCTVS Proof of Residency

Families must provide at least two of the following documents if a change of address occurred:

  • Property tax bill

  • Mortgage statement

  • Current lease agreement (with landlord’s contact information)

  • Deed

    If there is no lease or deed, families must submit a notarized letter from the homeowner or leaseholder, along with their current utility bill.

    Important

    Students who fail to complete annual registration with PCTVS or their sending (home) school district may face delays in transportation, schedule assignment, or lose their placement at Passaic County Technical Vocational Schools.
