Introduction

The Safety and Well-Being Assessment Team (SWAT) at PCTVS is a dedicated multidisciplinary team focused on ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all members of our school community.

How to Report Matters of Concern

Reporting concerns or threats is crucial to maintaining a safe environment. You may report matters of concern to SWAT through various channels:

  • Confidential reporting forms are available on our website or school app

  • HIB Reporting

  • See Something, Say Something

  • Directly contacting a member of the SWAT team

  • Informing any PCTVS staff member or administrator

  • All reports are handled with the utmost confidentiality and urgency.

Will my report remain confidential?

Your report will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

While investigating and addressing concerns might require sharing information within the SWAT team, your privacy will be respected to the fullest extent possible.

SWAT acknowledges the importance of timely intervention. Reports will be assessed promptly, and appropriate actions will be taken in alignment with the severity and urgency of the concern.
