Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA)
The purpose of HOSA-Future Health Professionals is to develop leadership and technical HOSA skill competencies through a program of motivation, awareness and recognition, which is an integral part of the Health Science Education instructional program.
The mission of HOSA is to enhance the delivery of compassionate, quality health care by providing opportunities for knowledge, skill and leadership development of all health science technology education students, therefore, helping students to meet the needs of the health care community.

High school students who are or have been enrolled in a Health Science, Biomedical Life Science, or an organized health career awareness program or are interested in, planning to pursue, or pursuing a career in the health professions may join this organization.
